DEEOIC publishes procedure manual in new format

The Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) has published an updated procedure manual in a new, searchable format. This is good news for all claimants and advocates.

The procedure manual is used to guide claims examiners in processing claims. These changes to the procedure manual reflects the changes in the DEEOIC policy. Though there is a new format for the manual, the previous version is still available.
