National Day of Remembrance

Congress has enacted a Day of Remembrance in 2009, 2010, and 2011  for former nuclear weapons workers and uranium miners who proudly served their country. On Tuesday September 27, 2011, the US Senate approved the resolution to designate October 30 as the third annual NDR.   View the press release from the US Senate.
